A Lash liner enhancement aims to give the illusion of thicker lashes and a more youthful open eyed look. It Is carried out with a machine, moving a needle up and down quickly to gently puncture the skin and deposit ink. The level of pain you may feel will be dictated by your own pain threshold. Numbing cream can sometimes be applied before starting the treatment to keep you more comfortable, however some clients will still feel something. The semi-permanent ink is placed on the lash line, in between your lashes.

How long does it last?
Due to it being a small cosmetic tattoo, alongside your face being naturally oilier compared to the rest of your body, two sessions spaced 6 weeks apart are needed for best healed results. Some clients, especially those who; use sunbeds, sunbathe, do not use sun protection, smoke, have a fast metabolism, have an iron deficiency, take regular medications, use anti-aging products or harsh cleansers, may need more than 1 touch up session to achieve their desired results. They may also need more regular top ups to keep their eyeliner vibrant. Clients often choose to have top ups every 1-3 years.

At Enhance Beauty Essex we only offer one style of eyeliner and that is Lash liner. There are other styles available such as winged eyeliner that has a flick and Smokey eyeliner that has an Ombre effect. We only offer this style as it is natural looking and ages well.
