Terms and conditions

Cancellations/ Rescheduling of appointments

  • All appointments require a booking fee/deposit and are non-refundable.

 

  • You may reschedule your booking 72 hours prior to your appointment. You may only change your appointment once.

​

  • A 50% cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours.  

​

  • If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and you will lose your booking fee.

 

  • Depending on your treatment a patch test maybe required at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

​

  • Two week reviews will need to be booked between 2-3 weeks post initial treatment if you feel one is needed.

​

  • The second treatment for Semi permanent makeup will need to be booked and carried out between 6-8 weeks post initial treatment otherwise you may be charged at a higher price. 

  • Please bring the remaining balance in cash and have the exact amount ready.

 

  • Strictly NO plus ones allowed to your appointment.

​

  • Cars parked at owners own risk.

  • All clients are required to provide contact details; including address, telephone and email in order to secure an appointment.

​

  • All clients will need to complete a medical history form at their first appointment this is to ensure your safety as well as the nurse carrying out your treatment.

​

  • All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection Act 2018.​ More information can be found on our T & C's page.

​

  • You may choose to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time, by unsubscribing.

  • Offers and discounts are subjected to change without notice.

​

  • Offers and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, special promotions or discounts.

​

  • 10% off first client offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, special promotions or discounts.

​​

​

  • 10 % is not redeemable against BBL and breast augmentation dermal filler treatments.

​

  •  Voucher duration. Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Cannot be redeemed after expiry date.

​

  • Use of multiple vouchers. Only one gift voucher can be used per course booking.

​

  • Refunds. Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. No change or credit given in the event that the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the treatment.

​

  • Transfer. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

​

  • Lost or stolen vouchers. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
