Terms and conditions
Cancellations/ Rescheduling of appointments

Booking & Deposits
-
All appointments require a booking fee/deposit, which is non-refundable.

You may reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled time.

Appointments can only be rescheduled once.
-
Rescheduling made less than 72 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee.
-
Booking fees are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.

Late Arrivals
-
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your booking fee forfeited.
​
Cancellations & No-Shows
-
No-shows will forfeit their booking fee and may be refused future bookings.
-
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

After a missed appointment, a full balance may be required to secure a new booking.
​
Discounts
-
Discounts must be used within the advertised time frame.
-
If you cancel or reschedule and the promotional period has passed, the discount will no longer be valid.
​
Patch Testing
-
Depending on your treatment, a patch test may be required at least 48 hours before your appointment.
​
Treatment Reviews
-
Two-week reviews must be scheduled between 2–3 weeks after your initial treatment, if you feel one is needed.

It is the client’s responsibility to arrange this, not the practitioner’s.

Payments & Liability
-
Please bring the remaining balance in cash where possible.
​

If you are having treatments valued at £400 or more, payment must be made in full prior to the treatment being carried out.
​

Cars are parked at the owner’s own risk.
​

Client Information & Data Protection

All clients are required to provide contact details (address, telephone number, and email) in order to secure an appointment.
​

A medical history form must be completed at your first appointment to ensure your safety and allow the nurse to carry out your treatment appropriately.

All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. More details can be found on our Terms & Conditions page.

You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

Offers & Discounts

Offers and discounts are subject to change without notice.

Offers and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
​

The 10% first-time client discount does not apply to skin care product purchases.

Gift Vouchers
-
Validity: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
​

Multiple vouchers: Only one gift voucher may be used per course booking.
​

Refunds: Vouchers are non-refundable, except within the 14-day cancellation period in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. No change or credit will be given if the voucher value exceeds the cost of treatment.

Transfer: Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
​

Lost or stolen vouchers: Lost, stolen, or destroyed vouchers will not be replaced, exchanged, or refunded
